I have been a portrait and wedding photographer since 2012 and can say the love for this job has not changed! So, what started my journey in photography? My kids and since I can remember my love for the photograph and the process of developing film. Yes, I am from the film days.
I am a mother, wife and business women. Over my years I have photographed pretty much everything but I have narrowed down to what I love to photograph. My seniors have been my number one, since I started so those I do specialize in . I love to be behind the camera vs in front of it, but I do my best to make my clients comfortable at all my sessions.

These fine people my husband and children is why I continue my journey in photography. They have pushed me on my bad days and pumped me up on my good days. Without them, I would not have the camera in my hand. We have started to add a few others to our family and have truly blended well with us all.

What are some of my favorite things?
Family, traveling, movies, relaxing, family history and of course photography and photographs. One of my favorite movies is "The choice" and favorite shows is "One tree hill". I am also addicted to is "Outer Banks" on Netflix. My favorite places to travel to is North Myrtle Beach, SC and I would love to do sessions there. My dream location for a wedding would be Brookgreen gardens in South Carolina.
Since starting photography I have been trying to balance work, photography and family time. Time with family is so important.

So, I was a "mom with a camera" that is how I started. I believe so many of us have started this way. But once I decided this is what I wanted to do it was time to purchase the camera and lenses, and of course take the classes needed to learn the craft. I continue my education in photography to keep my mind fresh along to sharpen my skills.
